BOG Nucleus 360 Ground Blind Chair
The BOG Nucleus 360 Ground Blind Chair is a premium swivelling hunting chair designed for shooters who spend extended periods in ground blinds, hides and established field positions. Its 360-degree rotating seat allows the user to smoothly change direction without repeatedly repositioning the entire chair, making it particularly useful when covering a wide area from one location.
Comfort is a major focus of the Nucleus 360. The supportive high-back design and generously sized seat provide a more substantial seating position than compact hunting stools, helping reduce fatigue during longer pest-control, hunting and observation sessions.
The central swivel base allows the chair to rotate through a full 360 degrees while maintaining a stable seating position. This makes it easier to follow movement or turn towards a different shooting lane without the excessive movement and noise associated with lifting and repositioning a conventional field chair.
For shooters who prioritise comfort, freedom of movement and a stable seated position over minimum carrying weight, the BOG Nucleus 360 is a substantial upgrade from a basic folding hunting chair.

360° Swivelling Seat
The defining feature of the BOG Nucleus 360 is its full 360-degree swivelling seating system.
Rather than having to lift and reposition the chair whenever the direction of interest changes, the shooter can rotate while remaining seated. This provides considerably greater freedom of movement when covering multiple shooting lanes or watching a wider area.
Designed for Ground Blinds
The Nucleus 360 is designed around the requirements of ground-blind and hide shooting, where a shooter may remain seated in the same location for a significant amount of time.
The combination of a supportive seat and 360-degree rotation allows the shooter to cover different directions while maintaining a comfortable established position.
High-Back Support
A supportive high-back design provides considerably more support than a basic stool or backless hunting seat.
This becomes particularly useful during longer sessions where maintaining the same seated position for several hours can otherwise become uncomfortable.
Stable Swivel Base
The chair is supported by a central multi-leg base designed to provide a stable platform while allowing the seat above it to rotate.
As with any portable field chair, the Nucleus 360 should always be positioned on firm, stable ground before use.
Nucleus 360 vs Standard Hunting Chair
A conventional folding hunting chair prioritises simplicity and portability. The Nucleus 360 is designed for shooters who want a more substantial seating system for longer periods in one location.
Its biggest advantage is the swivelling base. Instead of physically repositioning the chair, the shooter can rotate through 360 degrees while remaining seated.
Choose a lightweight folding chair when carrying weight and simplicity are the priorities. Choose the Nucleus 360 when comfort and freedom of movement from an established position matter more.
Nucleus 360 vs ChairPod
The BOG Nucleus 360 is primarily a premium swivelling hunting chair. It provides the shooter with a comfortable seating platform but does not incorporate the front-and-rear firearm support found on the BOG ChairPod.
The ChairPod is designed as a combined chair and shooting-rest system, whereas the Nucleus 360 is the better choice when you want a comfortable rotating seat that can be paired with your preferred shooting sticks or other firearm support.
