Refund policy

 

RETURNS
We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unused and in a fully saleable, new condition. Tags will need to be attached and all of the original packaging will be required.

 

OPTION 1

USING OUR PRE-PAID ROYAL MAIL SERVICE
Returns using our pre-paid service with Royal Mail are subject to a £3 handling fee per parcel, which will be deducted from your refund.


PACKAGE YOUR RETURN
Please package up your parcel in its original packaging ensuring that the contents will not be damaged during transport.


ENCLOSE THE RETURNS FORM
Please complete and enclose the returns form which you can download here.
To save wasting paper we no longer include a returns form or instructions in our parcels - if you do not have a printer you can simply write the required information on any piece of paper instead.


CREATE YOUR PRE-PAID RETURNS LABEL
Create and download your pre-paid Royal Mail returns label here.
Each label can only be used once.


DROP OFF AT ANY POST OFFICE
You can either print your label off and stick it to the outside of your parcel or scan the QR code at your Post Office where they will print and attach the label for you.
We do not currently offer exchanges, so if you would like any items in exchange please place a new order via the website.


LET US DO THE REST
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered back to us.
We aim to open and inspect returns in less time than this, but during busy periods it may take a little longer so please bear with us. We are unable to track a return's progress until it has been authorised and the refund has taken place.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method you used to place your order and you will receive an email to confirm that it has been processed.

 

 

OPTION 2

USING YOUR PREFERRED POSTAL SERVICE
Our prepaid Royal Mail Returns service is an entirely optional service and you are welcome to post your return back to us using an alternative method of your choice, at your own expense.
There are a number of websites where you can purchase courier postage online at affordable rates.
Please make sure you have enclosed our returns form here (if you do not have a printer please simply write the required information on a piece of paper) and address your parcel to:
