HIKMICRO T16 4G Night Vision Trail Camera – 18650 Version

This version of the HIKMICRO T16 uses four removable 18650 batteries, making rechargeable batteries a practical option for long-term deployment and repeated use.

HIKMICRO supplies the standard T16 18650 version without batteries or a charger. Four compatible 18650 batteries are therefore required before using the camera on battery power.

HIKMICRO 18650 rechargeable batteries and the HIKMICRO rechargeable battery charger are available separately from Bamfords Online.

The T16 features a selectable dual field-of-view system, allowing you to switch between a focused 60° view and a much wider 100° view.

The 60° setting is useful when monitoring a more defined area such as a trail or feeding point, while the 100° setting provides broader coverage where activity may approach from multiple directions.

The T16 uses a native 6MP imaging sensor and can produce still images at resolutions up to 24MP. During daylight the camera records in colour, switching to black-and-white imaging at night.

Two 940nm no-glow infrared LEDs provide discreet infrared illumination, helping the camera monitor wildlife after dark without a visible flash.

The camera also records Full HD 1920 × 1080 video with audio.

Dual PIR sensors provide motion detection out to approximately 25 metres. A fast 0.4-second trigger speed helps the T16 respond quickly when activity enters the detection area.

Burst shooting can be configured to capture one, two or three photographs for each detection event.

The T16 incorporates 4G cellular connectivity and an embedded SIM, allowing captured images and video to be transmitted remotely without needing to regularly retrieve the camera.

Through the HIKMICRO Sight app you can manage camera settings, check camera status, monitor data usage and plans, configure photo and video transmission, and browse captured media.

Data plans for cellular operation are purchased through the HIKMICRO Sight app.

The T16 incorporates 64GB of built-in EMMC storage, eliminating the need to purchase and install a separate SD card.

Local storage provides an onboard copy of captured media while the cellular system allows supported photos and videos to be accessed remotely.

The T16 carries an IP66 protection rating for outdoor use and is specified to operate in temperatures from -25°C to +55°C.

An installation strap is supplied for mounting the camera, while a standard 1/4"-20 UNC mounting interface provides compatibility with suitable alternative mounting systems.

The HIKMICRO T16 Trail Camera is covered by a 2-year HIKMICRO manufacturer warranty, covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Batteries are not supplied with the standard T16 18650 package. Any separately purchased HIKMICRO batteries are covered by the warranty applicable to that battery product.
