The durable, quick-drying fabric has a PFC-free water-repellent finish for protection in changeable conditions. The Grimsthorpe Clay Vest was developed with feedback from experienced clay shooters. Its sleeveless construction keeps the shoulders and arms unrestricted, while the shooting-specific pocket layout keeps cartridges and essentials within easy reach.
DOUBLE BELLOWS CARTRIDGE POCKETS +
Two generously sized double bellows pockets provide convenient access to cartridges. Integrated drainage holes allow water and moisture to escape rather than collecting inside the pockets during wet conditions.
LEFT & RIGHT RECOIL PAD POCKETS +
Recoil-pad pockets are incorporated into both shoulders, making the vest suitable for left- and right-handed shooters and allowing a compatible recoil pad to be positioned on the preferred side.
WATER-REPELLENT & QUICK DRYING +
The outer fabric is durable, quick drying and treated with a PFC-free water-repellent finish. It provides useful protection from light showers and damp conditions while retaining the lightweight character expected from a shooting vest.

Choose the Clay Vest when freedom of movement, easy layering and a dedicated shooting waistcoat are the priority. It is water-repellent rather than fully waterproof and includes recoil-pad pockets on both shoulders.
Choose the Clay Jacket when you need greater weather protection. Its Venturi® membrane provides full waterproof protection while retaining high breathability, making it better suited to prolonged wet or windy conditions.
FIT & LAYERING +
A classic fit and adjustable waist allow the vest to be worn comfortably over a shirt, shooting jumper or lightweight mid-layer. The two-way YKK front zip also allows the lower section to be opened when additional movement or ventilation is required.
