HIKMICRO Alpex Lite A40EL 4K LRF Digital Day & Night Vision Scope

The ALPEX Lite A40EL uses a dual battery system consisting of one built-in rechargeable lithium battery together with one removable rechargeable 18650 battery.

One rechargeable 18650 battery and a compatible external battery charger are supplied with the A40EL. The removable battery system also allows additional charged 18650 batteries to be carried and swapped when required.

The USB Type-C connection directly charges the scope's internal battery only. The removable 18650 battery should be removed and charged using the supplied external battery charger.

Additional HIKMICRO 18650 rechargeable batteries are available separately from Bamfords Online and are ideal for keeping a fully charged spare ready for longer sessions.

The A40EL is built around a 3840 × 2160 UHD low-light sensor paired with a 40mm F2.0 objective lens, providing detailed digital imagery across a wide range of lighting conditions.

Day, Night, Auto, Green and Yellow image modes allow the display to be adapted to different conditions and viewing preferences. The system operates at up to 50Hz in 4K and 100Hz in 1080P mode.

The A40EL incorporates a Class 1 905nm laser rangefinder capable of measuring distances from 3 metres out to 1,000 metres, with HIKMICRO specifying an accuracy of ±1 metre.

A built-in ballistic calculator works alongside the rangefinder to provide useful ranging and ballistic information directly through the scope.

The 0.49-inch 1920 × 1080 OLED display provides a clear, high-resolution view of the digital image and menu system.

Magnification ranges from 3.5× to 20.5× with continuous digital zoom. The A40EL also supports selectable 0.5×, 1×, 2×, 3× and 4× zoom step values.

The scope provides 45mm eye relief, a 6mm exit pupil and dioptre adjustment from -5D to +5D.

The ALPEX Lite A40EL features 32GB of built-in EMMC storage and supports 1920 × 1080 onboard video recording, snapshot capture and audio recording.

Recoil-activated recording can automatically capture footage around the shot, while Picture-in-Picture mode provides an enlarged view of the aiming area without losing the wider field of view.

The A40EL uses a standard 30mm tube, allowing it to be fitted using suitable conventional 30mm scope mounts.

At approximately 474g without the removable external battery, the ALPEX Lite has been designed as a more compact and lightweight digital scope. It carries an IP67 protection rating and is specified for operation between -30°C and +55°C.

Maximum rated recoil is 1000g / 0.4ms.
