Its wide 17.5° × 14° field of view makes it particularly effective for finding heat signatures across fields, woodland edges and other open areas. Once a potential target is located, the integrated laser rangefinder provides distance information while the AI system can assist with detection and tracking.

The MT M6T25S uses the YOLO V5 deep-learning model together with 2T computing power to assist with identifying and following targets within the thermal image.
