Promatic Pigeon Automatic Clay Trap

The Promatic Pigeon Automatic Clay Trap is the ideal choice for shooters looking to enjoy realistic clay practice at home or on private land. Compact, lightweight and built to Promatic's renowned standards, it offers reliable performance for individual shooters or small groups wanting to improve their shooting skills.

Capable of throwing standard clays up to approximately 35 yards (65 metres), the Promatic Pigeon features a 50-clay capacity and a rapid 1.5-second recycle time, allowing for continuous practice with minimal interruption. The adjustable 10–30° elevation enables a variety of target presentations, from gentle rising birds to more challenging driven-style targets. A durable trolley base makes transporting the machine around your shooting ground quick and easy.

How to use the Promatic Pigeon

Using the Promatic Pigeon is straightforward:

• Position the trap on firm, level ground in a safe shooting area.
• Connect the machine to a 12V battery (not included).
• Load a clay onto the casting plate, then fill the hopper with up to 50 standard clays.
• Switch the machine on and allow it to automatically cock itself ready to fire.
• Position the supplied foot pedal (approximately 3m cable) at your shooting position.
• When you're ready, simply press the foot pedal to launch a clay. The machine will automatically re-cock after each launch, ready for the next target.
• For even greater convenience, an optional wireless Pigeon Key Fob Remote allows you to release clays remotely without using the foot pedal.

Ideal for solo practice or shooting with friends, the Promatic Pigeon delivers consistent, repeatable targets to help improve timing, accuracy and confidence before heading to the clay ground or field.
